Occupational Therapist

Responsible:
- Provide occupational therapy to children with learning disabilities (Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, slow learner, etc).
- Assess the children and prepare individual therapy plan.
- Keeping record of the children's progress.
- Communicate with the parents about their children's progress and difficulties.
- Communicate with classroom teachers and help them to solve student's problem which are related to sensory issues, behavior, daily living skills and social skills.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience is not necessary as training will be provided. Candidates with experience will be an added advantage.
- Responsible, hardworking, patient and love children with special needs.
- Ready to take challenges, flexible and creative.
- Able to work well with others as a team, possess good communication skill.
- Proficient in English (candidates who is able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Computer literate.
Special Education Teacher
Teachers for preschool age and primary age group (1 vacancy)
Responsible:
- Teach individuals with autism to be able to live as independently as
possible. This include teaching them self-help skills, gross and fine
motor skills, cognition (academic), speech / communication and social
skills.
- Assess the children and prepare individual education plan.
- Do lesson plan and carry out the lesson.
- Keeping record of the children's progress.
- Communicate with the parents about their children's progress and
difficulties.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary school/ SPM/"O" Level in
any field.
- Candidate who posses Certificate / Diploma / Advanced Diploma in
Special Education or Early Childhood Education, Degree in Psychology /
Education are welcomed.
- Experience is not necessary as training will be provided. Candidates
with experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
- Same as above.
- Preferably male candidates.
- Candidates with experience teaching and taking care of teenagers
with special needs will be an added advantage.
